We are looking for lawyers to join our established firm in Victoria, BC. Our Victoria office is located on the waterfront at Fisherman’s Wharf in historic James Bay, close to downtown. We also have a permanent office in Duncan. MacIsaac and Company has been a fixture on Vancouver Island and throughout BC for many decades. We offer a casual, team-oriented and collaborative working environment.
In addition to our longstanding work in personal injury, sexual assault claims, and general civil litigation, our firm has expanded into family and estate litigation. We have also expanded into solicitor work in family, estates, conveyancing, and corporate law. We are looking for lawyers with an established practice, that want to make a change and join our team. Flexible and creative compensation models are available and can be tied to billings, or be salary based. If salary based, the range could be 100k-200k+, depending on years of call, type of work, and practice size.
While we are seeking to full-time permanent team members, practitioners who are interested in working as an associate counsel on a contract basis are invited to apply. This would include people looking to wind down their practice.
